The Long Bay
This keeps everything that worked about The High Bay—the narrow footprint, tall lift zone, direct vehicle path, and house-matched shell—then stretches the building toward the gate. The shorter exterior apron becomes useful interior floor area, creating space for the lift, a complete work wall, and a comfortable lounge without widening the building into the yard.

A clear 16–18-foot working volume supports a properly selected two-post lift and a tall, modified Jeep.

A bright honeycomb ceiling grid, linear task light, charcoal cabinets, and durable bench surfaces make real mechanical work easier.
Rear hangout zone
Leather club chairs, a compact fridge, TV, and small table occupy the deep end without interfering with vehicle circulation.
